"You were fantastic at Magna last Friday. We tried to emulate The Sheffield Boardwalk with The Boardwalk Bar at The Rotherham Real Ale and Music Festival.
The Basement finished the night with a popular Soul and Northern Soul Spectacular. I'm really sorry I asked about backing singers. You all sing lead with spot on notes and clear diction. Four part harmonies NICE ! Your musicianship, friendliness and professionalism made a busy stage easy to manage. Keys, lead guitar and sax enhance the melodies, bass and drums push the rhythm. The audience bounced and sang along from the beginning of the set by closing time many were dancing at the front just like they did with The Acoustic Angels at The Boardwalk. No one wanted the venue to close.
I would not hesitate to recommend you for any gig. Listening or dancing. Club, corporate or if either of my daughters ever tie the knot, you would be my first choice for their wedding band."
Following a gig at The Sportsman in Huddersfield, they kindly posted the following in reply to a "thanks for having us" and a "hope to see you again soon" on their Facebook page...;
"Hell yeah, you will!!! One of the best bands we've had rocking our walls. Thanks guys :)"
"oooh, he made that guitar talk!!!" Steven Hawking
"Too good for The Voice" Thomas Jones
"They were reyt good" Laura's mum
"I reckon I saw 'em in't Wigan Casino, but tha' might ha' bin someone else" Noah Lott
"Can we blow your horn?" Shaz 'n Trace
